NOOR SVETLANA BT. DATUK MOHD NOOR NORDIN
Founder

A lawyer focusing mainly in the area of Criminal matters. Having her background as a Deputy Public Prosecutor in Attorney General Chambers (AGC) of Malaysia for more than 8 years, she has handled great number of criminal cases successfully. She joined AGC in the year of 2008 and resigned in August 2016.

She has successfully prosecuted and convicted major areas of criminal offences which have been reported in many articles in the newspaper and online news.

Besides prosecuting and handling cases in courts, she also has given lectures to enforcement agencies in Pahang on effective investigation and exhibits handling.

She graduated her LLB from University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. She was awarded with government scholarship andwas under full sponsorship of the Public Service Department (JPA). She has also successfully completed her CLP (Certificate of Legal Practice).

She was also selected to represent AGC in a special leadership program held by JPA on her 5th year with AGC. She has received a certificate for attending “Accelerated Leadership Program for Young Talents (Talent X 1.0)” together with other talented young government officers from all other departments throughout the country.

Before joining AGC in 2008, she worked as a Legal Executive in Shah Alam Properties Bhd. She has also worked with multinational pharmaceutical companies based in Malaysia i.e. Roche (M) Sdn Bhd, Glaxo Wellcome (M) Sdn Bhd and Johnson & Johnson Medical (M) Sdn Bhd where she was in the sales and marketing department. Her working experiences in the area of marketing has enhanced her communication and interpersonal skills tremendously. These working experiences have also contributed to her effective interviews and cross examination while handling witnesses in court.

While she is not doing her legal work and reading, she would spend time at tranquil places for relaxing and fishing together with family and friends. Gardening and sports are also her favourite pastime.

EFFA RUZANNA ANUAR
Legal Assistant

Effa graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Northumbria University, United Kingdom, in 2011. She obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2013, in Malaysia. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014.

Her legal career started when she worked at a boutique law firm in the UK. There, she was exposed to working with people of diverse background. Her primary areas of practice are general litigation, contractual dispute, employment dispute, complex litigation, commercial and corporate litigation (please click on the services for more info).

In her spare time, Effa enjoys hiking, drinking coffee, take care of her son and spend time with friends and family. Also, she is very active in community service where she and her husband regularly feeds the homeless in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and helping the needy.

MOHAMAD KHAIRUL FATHI BIN DATO' MOHAMAD KHIR
Legal Assistant

Fathi graduated with Bachelors of Laws with (Hons) in Universiti Utara Malaysia in November 2018.

He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2019.

He is currently handling Criminal Litigation which varies from drug cases to general crime cases.

He spends his free time with his family and playing badminton with
his friends.

We are also assisted by Puan Siti Nor Asmah Bt. Datuk Mohd Noor Nordin who is our Legal Consultant for Bankruptcy & Winding Up as well as our clerk, Gayathiri A/P Poothalvan and our driver, Kumar.
